American Insurance Administrators (AIA), a USI Affinity Company, was founded in 1978 and is located in Columbus, Ohio. In 2008, AIA merged with two student health insurance companies – Specialty Risk Group and Special Risk Consultants – to create Collegiate Insurance Resources.
